Our Chambers also acknowledges the ongoing commitment of the Judicial officers of the Family Court of Western Australia in its service of the interests of the community and the importance of the relationship between Bar and Bench in facilitating the administration of Justice.

We are thrilled to have welcomed these talented new members to our Chambers and equally thrilled to have been joined by so many friends in the profession to help us welcome them to a new life at the independent bar. A wonderful evening was had and we hope all who attended enjoyed the evening as much as we did.

Since her admission in 2016, Alyce has practiced exclusively in family law, building a reputation as a strategic thinker with powerful and passionate advocacy skills. Having vast experience appearing in the Family Court of Western Australia, Alyce brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of family law, in particular complex property, and complex parenting matters. Prior to joining the Bar, Alyce worked at two boutique law firms, including most recently as a partner of one of them.

Alyce is available to brief immediately in all family law related matters.

Hayley has practiced exclusively in family law since her admission in 2010, garnering extensive experience in complex property and high conflict parenting matters. Prior to joining the Bar, Hayley honed her skills at two boutique family law practices and more recently, as a consultant at one of Perth’s premier family law firms.  

Hayley has appeared in the Family Court of Western Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. In addition to her skills as a litigator, she possesses vast experience in alternative dispute resolution and is also trained in collaborative practice.   

Hayley is available to brief immediately in all family law related matters.

Stephanie, Nic and Adam are available to brief immediately. 

Stephanie has practiced almost exclusively in the area of family law (including family violence restraining orders) since her admittance. Prior to joining the Bar, Stephanie worked for two boutique firms (one national and one multi-disciplinary), leading and developing award-winning family law departments.

Nic has been a family lawyer since 2008 and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. He was a Principal of a premiere West Australian family law firm before establishing Fahey Mwenda D'Adamo with partners in September 2018. Nic has extensive experience in all areas of family law.

Adam commenced Articles in 2008 and was admitted to practice in 2009. He has since worked as a lawyer, Senior Associate, Director, and Head of Practice, for a number of specialist family law and boutique law practices, appearing as a Counsel in relation to family law, child protection, restraining order, and appellate matters. Adam is an experienced Independent Children's Lawyer and Separate Representative, was most recently Senior Family Law Consultant and In House Counsel for Legal Aid WA.
