Hayley has practised exclusively in family law since her admission in 2010, and prior to joining the Bar was a Consultant at prominent family law firm.

Hayley has acted in a wide range of high conflict parenting disputes and complex property matters. She has appeared in the Family Court of Western Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Hayley has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and is trained in collaborative practice.

Hayley is known for her clear communication, pragmatism, adaptability and strategic insight. She adopts a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach and is particularly attuned to matters involving sensitive interpersonal dynamics.
